3CX Ai Voicemail Transcription Beta/ Free Trial Ends

Beginning with 3CX V20 Update 8 (1109) the free Beta Trial of 3CX Ai Voicemail/recording Transcription has come to an end and will cease to work on all PRO Level licences. This means if you have any version of the 3CX PRO licence you will notice Voicemail transcriptions no longer appear in your inbox along with the Wav file of the recording if your system is updated automatically or you decide to manually update own system in the admin portal.

In order to mitigate this for our existing clients, when updating your 3CX instances to V20 Update 8, we will switch to OpenAI transcription and will cover the additional costs of the service for 12 months. This will be evaluated continually and we will update you if the additional costs of the OpenAi service need to be passed on moving forward, as always, we will attempt to mitigate increased costs whenever we can.

For 3CX Enterprise Licences you will continue to have access to the free 3CX Ai Transcription service for Voicemail, with call recording transcription options being subject to your licence variant, for more information on this please visit https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/features/ to compare options available.
