3CX Announce price increase from Feb 2026

Modest increases for smaller licenses & hosting, reductions on larger licenses.

Over the last year, we’ve been open about the direction of our pricing and strategy and our approach on fair use of extensions. As part of this ongoing alignment, updated pricing is now in effect. Here’s what’s changing - and why.

Why Adjustments are Needed

As previously shared, a small group — around 15% of licenses — was operating well beyond fair use, placing a disproportionate load on shared infrastructure. Rather than introducing blanket restrictions, our focus has been to address these cases directly and rebalance the model in a fair and sustainable way.

Smaller Licenses Pricing

In our 2025 strategy update, we explained that smaller licenses require virtually the same infrastructure, monitoring and support as larger systems. These underlying costs don’t scale down with license size.

To reflect this reality and ensure long-term service quality, pricing for smaller licenses and hosting will see a modest adjustment.

Reduced Price Gaps Across Larger Licenses

Now that usage across larger deployments is aligned with our fair use policy, there’s less need for a wide pricing gap between PRO and ENT/AI licenses.

As a result, pricing for larger licenses will be reduced, narrowing the difference between editions. This simplifies deployment decisions, improves cost predictability and continues to support fair use compliance.

Further refinements may follow as usage patterns continue to stabilize, ahead of our target milestone of 1 April 2026.

Ongoing Pricing Reviews

Currency movements also play a role. With the U.S. Dollar Index (DXY) declining in 2025, EUR pricing has been adjusted accordingly. Given ongoing market volatility, we’ll continue to review pricing on a regular basis.

In order to mitigate costs, Servcomm installs all our 3CX products to our own secure hosting platform which provides significant savings against 3CX hosted and is geographically located in more relevant clusters to your locations, this also allows us to provide sub 15min disaster recovery for non Enterprise licences over and above 3CX standard features.
